The goal of this project was to bring light to challenging times—a space that reminds children and their families that even amidst hardship, hope still exists.
The playground gives young patients, who spend long hours in treatment, an opportunity to step outside, breathe fresh air, move, play, and let their imaginations soar.
Though small in size, the space holds a world of hope, where play becomes a universal language of connection, joy, and healing.
The Psagot Playgrounds team is proud to have contributed to a project that underscores what truly matters—bringing moments of happiness to those who need it most. Every detail, from cheerful colors to playful sounds and soft shading, was carefully chosen to inspire joy, peace, and vitality.

The design takes inspiration from imagination, care, and hope.
Playground walls are adorned with balloons, butterflies, and open skies, bringing a sense of freedom even within the confines of a hospital setting.
At the heart of the space is a towering Hot-Air Balloon structure with slides, serving as an adventurous focal point. Surrounding it are nest swings, a carousel, balance and spring elements, and outdoor musical instruments that invite children to create new sounds with every visit.
As evening falls, the main wall comes alive with a vibrant glow displaying I ❤️ RL, honoring the organization that commissioned the project. This feature symbolizes love, life, and gratitude for everyone who helped bring the vision to life.
Every detail was thoughtfully designed to spark joy, warmth, and wonder, transforming the hospital courtyard into a place where children can play, laugh, and dream.
From the very beginning, the focus was on creating a space that embodies empathy, compassion, and genuine joy.
The client envisioned a playground welcoming children across a wide range of physical and emotional needs—patients undergoing treatment, those in recovery, siblings, and children accompanying loved ones.
A space for everyone—to play, to rest, or simply to share time together.
This vision inspired a design that balances color, movement, and sound—a playground that tells a story of care, support, and the healing power of play.
